LOCAL PICKUP

Please message me for a 15% off coupon if you're able to pick your order up. Refunds will not be given after the order is placed, you must reach out prior to ordering.

Processing Time

Most items will ship in about 5-7 business days room the date of purchase but can vary depending on our current work load. Please email us if you need something by a specific date to see if we can accomodate.

 

Delivery

 All products will be shipped via UPS or USPS, please allow 2-8 days for delivery, more around the holidays.  The shipping date may vary based on current sales volume. If your order must be delivered by a specific date, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

 

Delivery Times 

All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation via email. Shipping time is 2-8 business days, please make sure your address is correct and updated.  

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. 

Damaged Product

We wrap and package our products as carefully as possible to ensure that they aren't broken when shipped. Unfortunately, it still happens sometimes. If your sign arrives broken please contact us right away and include photos of the box, shipping materials, and the damaged product. Keep all materials and the damaged product. We will contact you with a claim # to take to the post office along with all shipping materials and the damaged product then get the remake going and out ASAP.
