🛍 Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Many of our products are customizable — from name signs to engraved or printed gifts. You can leave notes during checkout, or head to our Custom Orders page to get started on something one-of-a-kind.


⏱ What’s your processing time?
Most items are handmade to order and ship within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons or for large custom orders, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed.


📦 How long does shipping take?
We ship from Idaho. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they’re shipped. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on the way.


🎨 Can I see a proof before you make it?
If you’d like a proof, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll email one before we begin production. Proofs will add 1–2 days to your turnaround time.


🔄 Can I return or exchange my item?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. That said, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.


🎁 Do you offer gift packaging or notes?
Not at this time, but our pieces ship beautifully and are ready to gift right out of the box. You're welcome to leave a gift message in the order notes — we’ll include it for you.
