Processing Times

All of our items are made to order by hand in our Idaho studio. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
During peak seasons or for larger custom orders, please allow a few extra days — we’ll always keep you updated if anything changes.


Shipping Rates

We offer:

  • Free shipping on most orders  (U.S. only)

  • Shipping for smaller orders, calculated at checkout

All items are shipped with tracking so you can follow your order from our studio to your doorstep.


Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and UPS. Typical delivery times within the U.S. are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping or UPS 3- Day (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes begin after your order is processed.


International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. If you're located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot control delivery delays. If your package is missing or delayed, please reach out — we’re happy to help you track it down or file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll remake your item immediately, but we do require the following before we can begin:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging - all sides of box and packing materials

  • Full name and order number

  • Any other info required for us to file the shipping insurance claim

Refunds for damaged orders are only processed after the insurance claim is approved. Most claims are resolved quickly, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
