All Sales Are Final

As a small business, every item we create is made to order — designed, cut, and assembled specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We don’t keep inventory, and each piece begins production shortly after your order is placed. Please double-check your personalization details, spelling, and colors before submitting your order.


What If There’s a Problem with My Order?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love what you receive.


Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged in transit, we’re happy to remake it — we just ask that you provide the following so we can file an insurance claim:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number and name

  • Any required claim information from the carrier

We’ll begin your remake as soon as we have everything we need. Refunds for damaged packages are only issued once the insurance claim is approved.
